LEADERSHIPS AND TITLES
The organization has collective responsibilities and commitment to support, provide, sustain, and shelter the poor individuals, communities and countries to have better livelihood. Councils have been set up to ensure our common goals are met. Our conventional structure is begins with our Global leadership – Founder, Co-founders, President, Secretary General, Superintendent General, Regency Chair, Chief Executive Chancellor, Commissioner General Provost Commissioners under Transnational Provost Council which form the SUPREME GOVERNING AUTHORITY; Transnational Supreme Provost Council which consist of Provost Commissioners governing continents, Secretariat Commissioners Generals administers activities of the organization and are deputized by Associates Provost Commissioners Associate Secretariat Commissioners Generals who controls the sub-regions of a continent. WODIF has STATE COMMISSIONERS who are in charge of countries, except countries with Federal government systems have STATE COMMISSIONER GENERALS who also governs with the individual STATE COMMISSIONER in each state.
In view of the busy schedules of the affluent, influential and moguls who constitute and occupies higher positions in real life situations; had call for the founding, creation, formation and institution of the GLOBAL EMISSARY COMMISSION [Voluntary Messengers] who serve in and out of their country where they live as ENVOYS. These EMISSARIES work directorially under the SECRETARIAT COMMISSION to execute the daily administrative duties at all fields of operations of the organization are achieved at the end.
The organization has a categorical membership grouping known as BOUGH ASSOCIATES that bring together large common individual disciplines into diverse relations like the BOUGH Associates of Doctors, BOUGH Associates of Politicians, BOUGH Associates of Barristers & Attorneys etc. with the aim of coming together to fulfill common purpose.
The directorate consists of the governing bodies, operational Heads, administrative officials, and envoys capacitated and assigned for specific duties.
