The organization has collective responsibilities and commitment to support, provide, sustain, and shelter the poor individuals, communities and countries to have better livelihood. Councils have been set up to ensure our common goals are met. Our conventional structure is begins with our Global leadership – Founder, Co-founders, President, Secretary General, Superintendent General, Regency Chair, Chief Executive Chancellor, Commissioner General Provost Commissioners  under Transnational Provost Council which form the SUPREME GOVERNING AUTHORITY; Transnational Supreme Provost Council which consist of Provost Commissioners governing continents, Secretariat Commissioners Generals administers activities of the organization and  are deputized by Associates Provost Commissioners Associate Secretariat Commissioners Generals who controls the sub-regions of a continent. WODIF has STATE COMMISSIONERS who are in charge of countries, except countries with Federal government systems have STATE COMMISSIONER GENERALS who also governs with the individual STATE COMMISSIONER in each state.

The President of World Diplomatic Federation is the supreme head of the global executive governing council; responsible for directing, implementing and enforcing policies conjoining consensus approved and veto by the Supreme Sovereign Authority, and nutshell appoint council headships of the centralized and decentralized commissions to lead the organization.

In regards to WODIF leadership as it stands, the President holds the whelm of authority of the Superintendent General who officially is in-charge of the general supervision, regulation, evaluating and assessing performance of the organization.

The Regency Chair of the World Diplomatic Federation is the overlord of the Council headships who presides and oversees global agenda, programs, issues, meetings, and consultation with the President, and also ensure accountability from the office of the Chief Executive Chancellors who works directly with Secretariat Commissioner Generals.

The Regency Chair is also responsible for directing the global commission worldwide, doubling its responsibility as the Secretary General who virtuously serving as a principal administrator of the organization.

The bureau of the Commissioner-General on Missions; oversees, supersedes, and governs the entire commissioners worldwide.  The apparent role of the WODIF Commissioner-General relates all administrative duties of the commissioners, tallies and tailors’ regulations and policies are constructively achieved. The Commissioner General is the global head of the commission, having the Provost Commissioners holding offices in the continental blocs with associates, deputizing their activities in the sub-regions.

The organization has State Commissioners responsible for the operation of internal jurisdiction of unilateral countries, and in a of case of federal countries, State Commissioner General control affairs whiles State Commissioners controls single individual federal states.

The Chief Executive Chancellor is the global central permanent administrator, controlling all countries secretariat commissions under the leadership of the Secretariat Commissioner General, responsible for continental administrations and operations.

The Chief Executive Chancellor reports periodically to the Supreme Sovereign Authority, identifying responsibilities and commitments, in administering the structures of the organization and exercising control of over strategic direction of the organization through effective planning process, and that the performance must adequately be assessed against the objectives which the Supreme Sovereign Authority has approved.  

The SECRETARIAT COMMISSION is the administrative hub of the organization, where a Secretariat Commissioner takes charge of the objectives and operational activities in a country under the delegatory authority of thee State Commissioner or State Commissioner General.

The Secretariat Commissioner is a permanent administrative head staff, holding the authorities and powers of the organization with the service support of the Emissaries, serving as messengers/envoys.

The Emissary is a voluntary message, assign on duties as an envoy, working in the interest of the organization either in the country he lives or abroad. The Emissaries in regards to their commitment to serve, are dedicated to play functional roles of the fellows who are ring leaders of WODIF since their affluence engagement does offer them enough time for their obligation. The role of the EMISSARIES means a lot to the organization; hitherto serving as the back bone, playing functional roles in the heels of the core leaderships absence, and report to the Secretariat Commission.

However, the Emissary Commission on notification works strictly under the directives and oaths of discipline; in furtherance with the Secretariat Commissioner, as may be required by policies formulated by the Supreme Sovereign Authority of World Diplomatic Federation.

SOVEREIGN CONCILIATOR

The SOVERIGN CONCILIATOR is an independent regulator who has the mandate to chair all forms of leaderships meeting; prevailing to settlement of dispute, challenges facing the organization, setting agenda, ensuring every sector of the commission has reconciled its objectives without incongruities, difference, divergences, inconstancies, and discrepancies to resolutions. 

The SOVERIEGN CONCILIATOR “SC” has the right to allow enquiry, scrutiny, investigation, request for information subjected to his official duty. The “SC” has the power of controlling appointments to office or right to privileges as recruit is based on merit, and not racism, nepotism, favoritism, partisanship, partiality, old boy network and preferential treatment. In a case where “SC” detect any foul play, may call for investigation, and disciplinary action. The office of the SOVERIEGN CONCILIATOR surpasses all offices except the founders who holds the vision and intelligence of the organization.

Inconclusion, the “SC” by consultative assembly with the founders, take final decision on critical global issues relating disciplinary action.

COUNCIL CONCILIATOR

The COUNCIL CONCILIATOR takes charge of all council disputes, disagreements, incompatibilities, and irreconcilabilities of matters dragging progress of the organization.

GOVERNOR of BOUGH ASSOCIATES is the Legendary Lord of any of the branch of associations emerging in the organization.  As the organization stands to have grouping of same fellow members from all walks of human disciplines in associations corresponding to the BOUGH ASSOCIATES of Politicians, Judiciary, Clergy, Business Moguls, engineers, Doctors and Nurses, etc. into form memberships within one core mission within the spectrum of the organization.
