Partners

WODIF may require a partnership arrangement with other stakeholders to embark on its activities where it deems for cooperation.
The core function of the WODIF partnership is to influence goals and decision making through effective responses, correspondence, and support to ensure the efficient result is achieved.
WODIF partners have duties in all areas of the partnership operations. Strategic Planning and Policies: Work with the Executive Committee to set strategies for long-term goals, policies, and procedures for the partnership, and to implement these decisions
• Develop and guide programs and organizational strategies.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and manage relationships across the organization.
• Provide sound financial support or advice on project matters.
• Provide advice and guidance regarding legal matters.
• Provide training and guidance.

WODIF associations with partners are mostly negotiable on flexible requisites, expressions, stipulations, conditions to determine purpose and implementation.
